At the bottom of the hill where I live we have the mirror image of this.....but there are Centre islands to slow drivers down and prevent major crashes.

How likely is it that that the drivers in the blue ute would actually use their blinkers to indicate that they are turning across that dotted line?

A lot don’t at my local example....it’s a rare time i use indicators as cars behind can still swing left and kinda past a rise down hill and I’m always thinking some destructed driver going to run up my clacker

If the blue is going straight a head why are his right indicators on? is this to be a nuisance to other drivers?

Technically he's turning right off the main road into a side st. The main road is the curved road. The give way sign should technically be a stop sign and have a solid white line. It's a crap example it should have some arrows and street signs.

Cause he is crossing the white dotted line?? ....pretty you need to indicate when leaving one road and entering another.

in my case and probably others the road is wide enough for car behind the blue to continue round the corner.....nice to know the intention of the car in front where there could be confusion.

I can understand the need to control traffic to the advantage of the yellow vehicle, but a roundabout ... even a virtual one(ie. painted instead of built up) would get rid of the confusion, and not impede the flow of traffic in any significant way.
Roundabouts seem to confuse the masses as well thou.
Seems not e everyone understands first to enter has right of way,

It is done to improve traffic flow in specific circumstances and doesnt cost much.

People get it wrong mainly because these intersections didnt really exist when most did their learners test.
