    'bottle conditioned and secondary fermented'
    Isn't that the same thing?

Possibly, but I’m not sure if all ‘bottle conditioned’ beer has yeast added to the bottle?

I received some Lord Nelson Pale Ale for Chrissy. Up there at the top of my fave beer list.

Ps. This is a retrospective post. I'm not drinking at 8am.

I opened a bottle of Charles Cimicky The Heritage Reserve Shiraz 1999 - the last one of a carton sent to me over 10 years ago by John Brabyn who started RangeRovers.net.

    It was very, very nice.

Another year and we'll open the 1995 Penfolds Grange to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I hope it's better than the one I opened 11 years ago on my 60th birthday.
