No probs glad you made it ok
How did the Tarp handle the blast up the road![]()
Well, I’d just like to put out a huge “thank-you” to a couple of good people on here.
As im sure everyone is aware, shifting digs is hard at the best of times. On Wednesday night, a couple of mates came to my house 🏠 (one, even after a very long day in a truck), presented themselves at my place to help pack a trailer, borrowed from another forum member,,,, with Tetra (?) in action, we got the job done.
Gavin , (homestar) Chris , (rangieman) Sandi , (rangiewoman) helped with house packing and trailer packing.
Dave , (Blacknight) Trailer owner.
Just a huge thanks to all of you for your time and effort. 😁
Thursday was shift day,, and it was a huge and rather emotional day.
5am start for the last day of work in Melb, 4hours of work, making sure everything after 8 years is left right, then a bit of a send off by the “upstairs” crew, then off home to shower and change for the “downstairs“ Xmas luncheon. Leave there at 4pm, get home just after 5, have a small sleep 😴 (6:30) then pack the two cars 🚙. 8:30-ish head for our new home. Arrival time is about 2:30, take a mattress off the trailer, find the “buried” box of bed linen, set it up and get to bed (4:30) Really glad we had that snooze 🛏 now.
However, up again at 7:15am for a 10 hour day at the new job. It’s sleep time for this little black duck 🦆
Thanks friends for your love and support 😁👍

Blknight is excellent value, the world would be a better place if there were more blokes like him.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
Anytime mate, happy to help. Glad you made it up there all ok, even though it sounded like a huge day. Will get up there really soon to say hi.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.
