Here's a company in Bayswater (VIC) that might be able to help. The Stencil Place - Letter and Number Sets, Road Marking, Carpark Marking - The Stencil Place
They might be able to custom make.

Most seem to use polypropylene rather than steel. Here's one in Swan Hill Signs Plus

Most laser cutters will be able to do the job if someone provides the CAD file. A lot will be able to generate the CAD file as well (at extra cost).
    Stencils

    Best of luck,

I was hoping someone nearby had an epilogue or an aldi laser engraver while they wont cut steel they will do manilla card and the poly stencil sheet quiet nicely.

And I'll be honest. I had forgotten about the poly sheeting.

That would be a much better option.

Not sure who he would be stirring, I had to google it...or i have missed something

Any sticker place should be able to arrange a stencil, the place I use in Redcliffe can get them done in any medium.

its actually in part for work...

theres one space in the work car park that arky fits into without making the nufties who steer small autos complain when I park in it.

Arky of course fits in all the other bays and I can still get through the carpark driving a single axle prime mover and park it in the adjacent bays when arkies in any bay but that's too hard for the small car auto steering muppets to accept as a suitable standard for driving ability.

The Boss has decreed that the single bay is now exclusively mine and I am to label the bay...

2 birds one stone I also want to stencil the name on the vehicle and equipment that will go with.
