It's illegal for motor vehicle drivers to expect cyclists to get out of their way. They have equal rights on the road. Speed limits are maximums not minimums.

Patience and common sense consideration of the vulnerable position cyclists are in on our roads compared to MV drivers is a no brainer. Anyone who thinks and / or behaves otherwise is a bully.
