doing 70 in a 100 zone
get off the f'ing road you muppet!
Not sure if it was a Qld thing
Or something that has changed
But 10 years ago when I was tested for my HR
I was informed falling below 10% posted speed limit would be
Immediate fail...

Hahaha
I thought that would come up after writing
Point Impressed by trainer and examiner is in the flow of traffic
Remain within 10% of limit
Especially important when merging onto a major arterial for example
Merge in at speed limit not like a muppet and wait at the end of the merge lane!

It is not posted anymore, it used to be. But drivers have to be aware of the rules, even if it changes, it is a condition of your licence. You wont be booked if you have a valid reason and weather is one. Just deciding to do 70 for no reason at all is not a valid excuse.
That is not correct but I do recall a specific law relevant to this specific freeway in WA.
Elsewhere in Aust there is no minimum speed for freeways - there is however a law that you must not unrealistically inhibit or restrict traffic flow without a reasonable reason - so driving 20kph in the slow lane on a three lane road is not restricting traffic flow - just stupid cops in WA on a power rush.
