What is the recipe.?
I have had mine for a couple of years but not used in anger yet.
I pre cook all my meals at home and vac pack then heat in one of those 12 volt bag oven things. Works well but I really would like to try a roast.

Where are you camped? Always looking for new spots?

Not much to this recipe

The butterflies lamb was from wollies and it already had the seasoning on top.

Chopped up some veg

Added a dash of olive oil and a splash of red wine

Pop it in an oven bag for 3-4 hours
