Yep, that’s correct - the eastern states all share power backwards and forwards depending on demand and supply. Nothing untoward overall and only 600 odd meg - the inter connectors can hold many times this level, but Vic does have issues with all Power Stations at the moment - they’re all down at least one unit, so being propped up - and will again all day tomorrow until the change arrives.
Light winds too so output of the wind farms is down too.
I don’t want the power to go off as the Aussies are finally doing quite well in the Cricket. 😁
Currently 41 here, so only doing a bit outside between between breaks inside. As it turns out, 40 plus temps are ideal to bend acrylic in - still need the heat gun but nowhere near as much. 😊
Oh - and heatwave? Please - 2 hot days then back to high 20’s. Overall I’d say Summer so far has been a bit of a fizzer here in Melbourne.
Back outside now, need to clean the back of the Ute out and faff around in the garage until I need another icy pole. 😁
load shedding in vic
Customer load shedding of non-interruptible load is occurring in the Vic region as a result of a shortfall of available capacity reserves.
not sure what happened but 26,000 houses without power in SA
Take a look at what the outlook is for the rest of Thursday... 😁
Mine is charging as we speak. No Load shedding here, thanks to the Yarrawonga Hydro Station . :)

I bet the fridgies are busy.....
Actually, here, we haven't yet had a day over 34 degrees, but the humidity has been horrendous.
And doesn't look like its going to be over 33 for the next week or so.
A mate of mine, who lives near Roma, sent a pic of his mercury thermometer on his veranda,a week ago,it was on 48 degrees.[bigsad]
