So will the fares go up on the tassie boat if we keep moving north, and does that mean the tides get lower cos we are moving?

For sure the fares will be going up, even if Tassie wanders north with the big island.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

Provided it does, but if The Apple Isle runs aground on the Continental Shelf then the Ferry Operators will want you to pay more because she will have to travel further until such time that it breaks free & catches up, but they won't like that as it will mean dropping the fares again to catch up to you in Brisvegas & then up they will go again.

Maybe I'm the only one here that can see the simple logic?

I do know a family at Wynnum who won a bit over $2,000,000 on the Gold Lotto an were back on the bones of their asses in 18 months.

I know someone that was given $1M on turning 21 by her family in the early 80's.
Highly intelligent, classically educated, old money Australian family.
She had partied it away in 18 months.

She hated he mother and would do whatever she could to **** her off.

Doesn't the Tasmanian Government subsidise the ferry fares to encourage visitors?

How much is a Zac worth in dollars?

I know a Zac used to be six pence, but inflation must have changed that a lot.

Zac? Now there is a word you don't hear very often. 'Tray bit' is another. That makes the 4th today already, the others being Taffeta & Organza & before you get any funny ideas, I saw it on a TV Dressmaking Prog that 'er indoors was watching.

I wonder what the rest of the day will bring?

They should & will it be the Sydney to Cape York Yacht race one day?
