I don’t see it as them condoning it.....
Without festivals how does one enjoy new music live......wife and I at 48 have just started going to festival that fall into the ‘high risk’ events i.e. mountain sounds which ended up cancelling as they couldn’t afford the additional costs that NSW demanded. In the promotion and attending the event I haven’t seen anything that indicates the promoter or artists encourage drug use.
Deaths at music festivals is only a small percentage in the overall numbers of drug deaths.
Anyways this thread isn’t about condoning or the use of drugs...it’s a young fella that’s taking on a challenging topic for the year 12 assignment.....hopefully the other kids will be educated and he influences just one not to take drugs whether is be at a festival or at a local party.
