SupporterI would certainly support this award and a couple of others, however I understood that retrospective awards of this nature had been considered a number of times by the relevant committee and rejected as such awards were outside the terms of reference for the award and therefore retrospective awards can not be made.
Now I do not agree with this, however it would seem the rules need to be changed (new legislation) and there seems to be some resistance but I am not sure why.
