VC review for Edward " Teddy " Sheean

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

I would certainly support this award and a couple of others, however I understood that retrospective awards of this nature had been considered a number of times by the relevant committee and rejected as such awards were outside the terms of reference for the award and therefore retrospective awards can not be made.

Now I do not agree with this, however it would seem the rules need to be changed (new legislation) and there seems to be some resistance but I am not sure why.

There are other suitable potential recipients including Simpson (Simpson and his Donkey from Gallipolli) - Wikipedia has a write up on this Victoria Cross for Australia - Wikipedia
