    No-one takes up the debt, just like when you default on a home loan - you owe the money to the lender, and if they have security they enforce it. One of the articles on the Darwin lease said that they couldn't use the lease as security, so this may all be academic.

    History will decide. A couple of blokes on a forum spouting their so called knowledge means nothing.
