It is. I hadn't realised they were in so much trouble. Very tough for the workers too.
I had not heard about warranty complaints being such an issue either
I have looked at their vans at shows and they had seemed okay at a glance.
Guess they won't be at the Brisbane camping show on April 6-8.
Sounds like an all too familiar story in this industry - crap quality control and product and dealers not giving a **** about the customers once they have their money - that warranty story could be copied almost verbatim for dozens of different brands...
by all accounts they are back.....
so i am told, don't know 100% first hand but my source is usually correct
