you know, like falling of a bike, you don't learn if you don't get back on.

Got the car back yesterday. Picture will follow when I get time, but the new bullbar has made a big improvement to the appearance - the old one was through to primer in a few spots.

    Hi JDNSW

I just saw the pic of your damage and it looks very much like mine only mine was much worse. Oh how I wish my damage was limitted to just the front panel and did not go to effect the firewall as well.

Anyway I also found out that all ARB winches are now the winch variety but I had a mate restore mine and an excellent job he did too.

Anyway it will all work out. I wonder if the drivers side front panel you ended up with came off the same car as the passenger side front panel I ended up with I' m pretty sure my panels came from Sydney.

I just saw the pic wow it looks like she tried to take the tree out.

    Both pictures do look identical.

Is that what Defenders like to do rub up against trees.

I thought that was a animal thing.

Not sure where the panels came from. All ARB bullbars appear to be the winch variety, but a contact of mine, Fred Smith in Melbourne, gave me a name at ARB who found a "new old stock" bullbar in South Australia, not in ARB's computer.
    See attached picture.
