    Excuse me sir, Qantas club have dress standards...............apparently not in Brisbane

    Theres one member of the Qantas board who I've never seen in anything but a T-Shirt and thongs or hiking boots so I guess dress standards are slipping.

    Funny thing is I believe last year they just upped the standard.....targeting rubber thonged, gym wear and hi-vis

    Two Friday’s ago I landed in Melbourne right at morning peak hour and I was no chance.

    One World at international airport don’t give a toss.

    We normally fly virgin for work.......rarely fly Qantas so I’m not across there way of doing things.

    I saw a TV celebrity mathmatician aka Sleek geek, wandering around the Melbourne Qantas lounge barefoot a few years ago.
    He was a Qantas ambassador at the time, so I guess the dress code didnt apply

    I always don enclosed footwear purely for safety reasons.
