SubscriberMagpie geese and whistling ducks wiped out the NT's rice crop in the 60's. The geese are like locusts, although they provide good sport for hunters looking for goose meat around humpty doo. I could shoot them, but didn't like the meat.

SubscriberThe smell when cleaning the geese turned me off. Barramundi, I like. Simply cooked, none of that fancy new age cooking.
