Its honestly frustrating at stupidity watching investors and real estate agents pushing rent up year after year. Where I am several long term business are going to close specifically due to rent reviews jack up what was affordable to stratospheric amounts. I like a reasonable return on my investments. Getting a amount based on the often very excessive amount paid buying a investment property is in my thoughts the main reason commercial rents are killing many good business. Its going to bite the investor I think Kama is a .

Obviously one where the selected few can comment, and one where the others can. If I think it is a subject both parts of AULRO may be interested in, I will post in both. If there was one AULRO, instead of two, I would post in one. Hope that answers your question. EDIT. I'm thinking members in CA may have a more robust answer to a post, which may inhibit them from making a comment in the mainstream .
