    Impulse buying.

    2007 RRS 2.7 tdv6. 290k on clock
    Faults known so far EPB needs work.
    Not a hse . Is it worth 10k ?
    Is there known issues with these. ?
    Are these a body off job for repairs. ?

    General repairs and servicing body on, at that mileage i dont think its far off the mark.
    EPB might get away with a service and adjustment.

    JC or Dazza would be better to answer this but anything major on the engine may or engine replacement may require or be easier with body off.
    290k isnt bad for a well serviced TDV6, good buying at 10k.
