Tried to ring the Dept of transport WA 1300 No yesterday and waited for 55 mins listening to a recorded voice telling me how much their service to customers has now improved online and with Apps , not much good if you actualy need to talk to someone , finally hung up and sent an email , no reply so tried again today and got through in 20 mins and got my problem sorted .
I am not sure but it sounded like i was talking to an overseas call centre , does any one know if the DOT has shifted their contact customer service overseas , if they have it is a very poor servce as i did not have this problem a few yrs back in making contact .

I gave up a few years ago. Now I just park my backside in the nearest centre and wait to talk to a (mostly) human. Still have to wait 20-30 minutes.
