This page is adorned with ads for the Nationals!

I'm afraid my polling place (Ballimore) is marked with a question mark. I'm not going to go another 30km just for a sausage! I have to drive 20km of dirt to get to this one.

I may have to cook my own sausages, postal vote for me too.
Happily I'm just outside the distance limit to my nearest polling place, by about 500 mts. I don't have to line up with the rest of the plebs...

I haven't got time anyway, I'll be lining up with the plebs at the Blues on Broadbeach festival.!

If only there were a single pollie worth voting for... can we still vote for Bob??

You can still pre-poll vote today. Just say you won't be around tomorrow.

    Bob isn't a candidate.

Bob is a genuine ratbag. I think he actually believes all the **** he goes on about.

His son, Robbie, is a nice guy. I wouldn't vote for him though.

Bob's father was once described in the Qld. parliament as the most notorious gin jockey in the north west.

Another one from the Qld. Parliament of long ago.

Ken Morris, Deputy Premier and Treasurer was addressing the house and Tom Aikens, Independent Member for Townsville south said sotto voce " You're a low mongrel bastard, Morris". Those seated nearby heard but the Speaker did not and asked the Hon. Member to repeat his last interjection. Tom replied, "Mr. Speaker, I was telling the Hon. Deputy Premier that I remember his mother."
