Thread: Our Youngest Son Moving To Japan

Well are son Brendon has got into the jet program. He was accepted about 10 weeks ago. And today he was told where he is going, Kochi prefecture which is an island off Japan down from Osaka. This is all his hard work at uni has come to his dream of teaching English in Japan. We will miss he so much as this is the last one at home. So there is only Mario and myself now here. He wants to stay there for a least 2 years or even more. We are so proud of him. He flys out on the 28/7. He has had a hard year after finishing uni applying for jobs because he was newstart and no one giving him a job with all the interviews he had. He only want a partime job while he waits. The jet program is a long drawn out process applying last Nov and waiting until Feb to here back if you go an interview and then waiting to see if they accept you. We will miss him so much, I am sure I will be a mess at the airport. Heather

Yes he has studied at Kansai Uni in 2016 as part of his uni degree. and has made many friends over there as well a students from USA that where there at that time. A couple of them have got in to the jet program and well be there when he goes. So he does have a good support over there, as well has his host mum that he stayed with. Just gong to miss him.
