more trivia is I know for a fact 12and 1/2 times around the TAN is 42 km that was Erchana Murray-Bartlett 150ith in 150 days. I think she is cool myself

10 t0 50 push ups for me? 400 might be a bit much! The forced bit might be a bit strong? Most of the exercise class people I see stop or pace themselves well before the instructor stops

I know the Alfred Hospital probably hates us runners- they get very very busy every Melbourne Marathon. Oddly its the only one I do in Victoria I see ambulances at all !
