You as well eh? Mine was carried out/executed by no less a mortal (recently deceased) than the Late HM the Q's Honorary Sturgeon appointed to her for when she was in the State of SA. He even tattoo autographed it for me including the coat of Arms as well as the Australian Constitution before he just ran out of room. I drew the line at adding the words of the National Anthem for the reason I gave him that one could hardly be expected to drop it out at a formal do to read the words.

If you believe that you may believe anything as only some parts of the above may be true.

It's OK. Most people ignore the fine print.

    How much is too much?

Clearly a trivial question most of the time.

My few marathons per year? is 150 marathons in 150 days to many

more trivia is I know for a fact 12and 1/2 times around the TAN is 42 km that was Erchana Murray-Bartlett 150ith in 150 days. I think she is cool myself

10 t0 50 push ups for me? 400 might be a bit much! Parents angry as Texas football practice sends students to hospital 400 push ups to rhabdomyolysis "The students were forced to do nearly 400 push-ups without a water break, said Dr Osehotue Okojie, a parent of one student who had to go to hospital."

The forced bit might be a bit strong? Most of the exercise class people I see stop or pace themselves well before the instructor stops

I know the Alfred Hospital probably hates us runners- they get very very busy every Melbourne Marathon. Oddly its the only one I do in Victoria I see ambulances at all !

Here's one for you to aspire to, James.

Welcome to the Antarctic Ice Marathon - World'''s Southernmost Marathon

Take your wooly jocks, the water marshals have to heat the water to prevent freezing.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
