    Missed by that much Chief?

US invasion of Mexico or just a stuff up

Did US troops try to cordon off a Mexican beach?

‘Restricted’: Did US troops try to cordon off a Mexican beach? | Border Disputes News | Al Jazeera or

Azteca on X: "? Incidente en Playa Bagdad, Matamoros Pescadores denunciaron que presuntos militares o personal de EE.UU. cruzaron el Río Bravo en lancha y colocaron 6 letreros de “Área Restringida del Departamento de Defensa”. La Marina mexicana los retiró de inmediato y restableció el https://t.co/v8ai7eKNCO" / X

What has the US said about this incident?

On Tuesday, the US Embassy in Mexico shared a comment from the Pentagon, stating that US “contractors” had placed signs beside the Rio Grande, marking “National Defense Area III”.
“Changes in water depth and topography altered the perception of the international boundary’s location,” the statement said. “Government of Mexico personnel removed 6 signs based on their perception of the international boundary’s location.”
The Pentagon added that the contractors would work with “appropriate agencies to avoid confusion in the future”.

When considering this assuming it's just a Military STUFF up may be safest

Circumference of the earth- East or West?

    Trivia time.

My first ever extra leg room gift on a plane trip was amazing until I found it came with FREASH air. just a little air from either outside or the cargo hold on my right foot was chilly.

Circumference of the earth is roughly 24000miles. I move a little less than half that at about 10500miles yesterday.

JETLAG worse east or west? Direction of Travel: Flying eastward (London to Australia) requires your body to "advance" its clock, essentially shortening your day. The human circadian rhythm naturally tends toward a cycle slightly longer than 24 hours, making it easier to stay up later (westward travel) than to go to bed earlier (eastward travel).

Time "Loss" vs. "Gain": When flying from London to Australia, you "lose" approximately 9–11 hours, forcing a more drastic and difficult adjustment. Conversely, flying to London (westward) "gains" time, allowing your body more daylight hours to adjust to the new time zone.

The FAR east? I'd say the UK is Far East. Its much further going East than west. I would have had to go via America perhaps

Most minor roads I drove 1000 miles on in the UK Wales, Cornwell and England are NOT Landrover friendly Honestly many are barely wide enough for two passing little cars

Note my running shoes with the Extra Leg room- The Very late plane arrival in Dubai from UK to get to the next one back home befitted from my running shoes. I got to it and arrived home to my own bed. Dozens of others did not. Noting Jet lag and time shifts has me up at Silly o'clock

Last Trivia. Aussie Service Stations sell fuel and junk food. UK does as well. Australian one provide squeegee to wash windscreen, water and Air for free. I paid to top up the windscreen water in the UK. They sell 4 litre bottles of it for 10 pound.

Not sure if that's really Service or a Rort.

'I got plastic surgery so my future kids would inherit my new nose'

The 19-year-old eventually turned the comments off on her viral TikTok because so many viewers were correcting her.

Science has shown that the vast majority of people who are told to hold their horses, actually do not have horses.

Probably because they let them go. Bloody hindsight.
