4th trivia bit being greedy is I assume yoga type method of slowing heart rate with breathing exercises was the technique us.
5th bit is Sigourney Weaver is 73 years old. That is more than cool in my books!

The locations of yachts are transmitted by a GPS device on each vessel.

I haven't looked at the link, but peeing over the side or off the duckboard (safety line clipped on) was normal for M or F on yachts I raced on.

Honestly a blue shark inshore is trivia enough.
