A Holden Barina which she was more than happy with, reliable, economical, etc. Put it into the dealer for whatever k's service and a few days later the front was making a bad noise and dragging to one side. RACQ roadside service quickly determined that one brake pad was metal to metal and the other was almost. Service requires rotors be removed, wheel bearings cleaned and repacked. This was ticked off in the log book and on the service invoice. Towed it to RACQ inspection centre where a comprehensive report was provided clearly stating this work was not done nor were other items and the vehicle was left in an unroadworthy state.
Dealership, of course, denied all this until someone there realised my mate had done them over in court a few years before over refusing warranty claims on another vehicle. Oh! Oh! Grovel, grovel. So Sorry. won't happen again. Persons involved have beens sacked, etc.
