That's hilarious....

On the other hand, voting machines can be fiddled, and with solid - state models, it's pretty difficult to guess which line of software has been altered by bad actors, whereas a lump of chewing gum on the cogs .....

Once again, Oz with the Antiquated PAPER ballots is more difficult to deceive. Plus, it's a great Pensioner Pin-Money job every few years.[bigsmile1]

From memory, the software tools claimed to fiddle with elections are HAMMER and SCORECARD and Biden and Obama have supposedly used them to win their respective elections. Who really knows if these programs actually exist. We will probably find out in 20 years time like we did with ECHELON's existence being leaked.
