    That time of year again.

Well, didn't the Vics. get some lovely Melbourne weather yesterday. Coldest day in 19 years. Rain, snow, sleet, ice, wind. The full hand. Skiing on the Toorak Alps and ice skating on Yarra Creek. I suppose this means the grey ghosts will be clogging up our highways in their slow moving traffic hazards and mobile road blocks for the next few months.

This time of year I tell my extended family who live south and west of Grafton that I will not be visiting until half past October.

Good luck to all who choose to live in the frozen states. Your winter weather is character building.

It’s a wonderful time to be living in Victoria, same same becomes boring day after day.
Infact it’s proven to be good camping weather, head to the trips area for an offer to all forum members.
Your grey nomad warning is well founded, they can’t drive very well and that’s before they hang the caravan off the rear of thier vehicles.
    Cheers, Kyle

Earn some brownie points, Paul, hold the door open for her when she carries the wood in.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

Don't forget to hold the light whilst she chops the wood. At least sharpen the axe. Do something around the house to help the little lady. You do need her to fetch the beer whilst you are watching South Sydney on the TV.
