So, what's everyone doing with their tax return?

Unfortunately, the Taxman decided to scoop out $1000 each from our tax returns to reduce our HECS debts, so I'm having to revise my shopping list, which means I have to be sensible and focus on servicing rather than buying toys. Dammit! Thought we'd stayed under the limit.

That sounds like you don't want to pay what you owe.

I'm due a helmet, just because of date stamping.

Only $500! Geez, I got slugged $1000 for HECs and still got $2400. You need a better financial planner.

yep, 150 for gloves
250 for boots


new helmet coming next months and maybe a racing suit. wanting to do a track day

I'm honest too. I just get good advice. This is way down on last year's return.

Just asking....how long after lodgement did you get your refund in your account. I'm two weeks (10 working days) and counting....

Mine was exactly 7 Days (incl weekend), lodgment to deposit. [thumbsupbig]
