Hi Steve, I never take cheque any more. Even Bank transfers are to slow as it usualy shows up a day later or more some times giving timing issues from payment to me happy to hand over keys.

Your bank will most likely have Osko. Its easy and free to set up. Security is good t better than credit cards or cheques. Best of all confirmation I am paying the right person can occur with that person as or before I hit the Go button on my banking app on my phone.

Chat with your bank first then the person wanting your keys
