    How many of you 70 year olds are running half marathons?

    71 year old woman breaks age group world record time for half marathon.

    71-year-old Jeannie Rice runs sub-1:40 half to set age group world record
    I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

    A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

    I do the park run in Russia where I stay and we have a 75 year old woman who can do the 5km in 23 minutes each time and is training to try the half amrathon, she has been running all her life
