My 101 LPG tank has three Bunnings 8.5kg swap and go bottles in it - all done as suggested above - only difference to increase the pressure differential between the two tanks I heated up the swap and go bottles in the shower at a temp that is comfortable for your skin - that way the LPG tank sucks in all the gas from the Swap and Go bottles - no leaky gas but you need to wear gloves to stop cold burns and have things like ventilation and fire appliances nearby as well.

For small bottles like propane torches I have a suitable adaptor (from ebay) and use a smaller gas bottle to fill from.

In a similar vein, one of my Forklift gas customers used to put the empties in the cool room & the large decant bottle in the sun. Filled them in 5min instead of 10-15.
