Seems to me that these would be of value to the broader community as well. Don't have to see combat to get PTSD.

Many people rely on smartphone apps to inform, educate, and entertain. Now, there are a variety of apps designed specifically for current and ex-serving ADF members - offering everything from advice about alcohol consumption to mental health support. I know there is a cohort of ex-military members on AULRO, if this information helps one, it will be worth posting.

I also recommend the first aids apps from St Johns Ambulance and other sources. Very useful to have on your phone in an emergency to confirm treatment to stabilise a victim while awaiting help. We might think we know what to do, but it's great to use a first aid app as a checklist. I often have.

Thanks Bob, although I don't suffer much from my military experience , the apps look like a very good addition and would definitely be a big deal for current and ex serving members.
