Thread: Idea for the expo

Sounds like a great idea Ace, I've got a few pics from your 2nd BBQ that I can print and send. I'll definitely be at the expo .. just shout if I can help with anything.

I'm definately coming too Ace. I should have some good shots around here (since I use 35mm prints they're already developed)

great idea Matt. we do the same thing for the club display in the tent.
AULRO will get it&#39;s own spot again, but we need to know numbers beforehand. i while ago i asked you if you would mind keeping track of this for me and let me know about 3 to 4 weeks out so that we can allocate enough space. any that decide after that will be shoved in with the general population. if you tell me that you&#39;ve got 14 cars coming, the first 14 aulro vehicles to turn up will be slotted in there. so if you come late, you may miss out on the spot, so i don&#39;t want to hear any bitching on the day...alright?
if you are going to do a display, we can&#39;t afford you to take up more space than we allocate i.e. one spot each. so it might be an idea to make them up to stand against the bullbars or across the front windows or something like that so as not to impinge on your socialising space.

No worries Barney i can do that. I will take a list of names, only those on the list who have notified me before hand will be able to park in the AULRO spot, any member who doesnt notify me of their intention to come will have to park in the general section.

Ok guys get those photos developed, as many as you want i have plenty of board, i will make them to lean against a bullbar or something similar. Matt
