The chap who bought the County yesterday asked for and got a reduced price 'cos the left rear window needed a new channel on the bottom of the window. An easy fix but I haven't had time to do it.

When he picked it up last night his father said he (the father) wasn't happy because I hadn't fixed it. I told him I wasn't going to fix it - I had said it needed fixing. But he went on about it a few times.

As a result, I got peeved and the buyer missed out on several hundred dollars worth of spares I was going to give him. Heck, the price was dropped because it needed repair!

The buyer wasn't the problem, he seemed like a nice bloke.

Better to keep parents put of the equation.

So you're now going to send me those free spares then Ron ?

(And would now be a good time to raise the question of the side steps again?)

Tsk tsk tsk Ron, you must be steamed up. Don't you mean OUT of the equation.....

But then if this happened you wouldn't have a buyer
Although if his grandparents stayed out of the equation you wouldn't have an annoying father whinging

Keep the parents out of the equation too much and you wouldnt have a buyer to begin with.

The new software concatenates sequential posts from the one person automatically provided that no one else gets a message in between.
