I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Well Melbournes rainfall this year just past the total we had in all of 2019 - 377mm in just 4 months.

This week is going to be another soggy one.

It doesn't help when we don't get any summer rain worth mentioning

We actually had a drizzly day here on Sunday, but not a lot of rain, so I was hoping for more later this week or I may have to start pumping water from our 10,000 litre reserve tank, which is full, to the main tank.

Been raining pretty much non-stop since before I got up. Only 6.5mm when I measured it at 0600, but be more now. Outside thermometer says 13.9C, but I suspect that the house is leaking a bit of heat - its 22.8 in here; lit the fire last night. Makes the floor good under my bare feet.
