You are at a petrol station, and a car is in your way - because the person is inside paying. Now that's fair enough.
But the person comes out, unlocks their car, sits down, puts on their seat belt, adjusts their interior mirror, adjusts their seat, does their hair, adjusts their side mirrors, turns on the radio and selects a tune, turns on the air-con and adjusts the temperature, opens their chocolate bar, starts the car, selects drive, and repeats all of the above... They looked at you as they hopped in their car - but couldn't care less..
When returning to my car - if there is a car behind me, I tend to start my car first, move it forward (out of the way), and then perform the above jobs.. But that's just me.
