I never have that problem , I can never find anyone to assist me at Bunnings,& if I do they are in a huddle with 3 or 4 others & don't want to leave the huddle encase they miss the conversation.[bighmmm] I only go to Bunnings if I an desperate , There is a Home Hardware up at Gailes so drive there because he has just about everything I need .
I have just spent well over an hour on the phone while a replacement EFTPOS machine downloaded all the software it required to work.
Would it not make, slightly, more sense to pre load the software before sending the machine out?
Then I don't spend ages on the phone while the thing downloads & I am not closing a POS for an hour while this goes on.
Seems just silly to me.

That makes a lot of sense ( indeed not slightly [bighmmm]), Paul so that is probably the reason it wasn't done.
Maybe, as it seems like "Working from Home" is the latest excuse for not doing stuff by people it may have been handed to some geezer in Moscow to do, but that shouldn't be an excuse.:Rolling::Rolling:
Dear me! The mental image of Ian pushing a trolley containing a cute little canine ,is as hilarious as Homestar getting evicted from a caravan site.😂
