With most falling off roofs or near roofs such as cleaning gutters.
Also most electrocutions at home are retired electricians,or electrical engineers.
Note..Not Fridgies as they would never do any work on electrical stuff at home[bighmmm][biggrin]
Anyway back on topic, got one of the sons a bit grumpy yesterday.
The D4 i must admit with relatively new A/T tyres, scrambled up a muddy slope only once it was in 'Rock Crawl",with difficulty, but got there, just.[biggrin][thumbsupbig]
Where his 76 with dual diff locks, but stock tyres couldn't get up.No hope.[biggrin]
So we decided to go get his Defender with muddies,to see how that would go,but it had a flat battery. So that was the end of that.
The Defender is in the shed, needs a few things doing to it before its going on carsale.com.

Shirley you jest Paul.[biggrin]
Even a "B Class Electrical Licence" of the days of yore in SA were permitted to work on wiring & stuff in their home. That all changed when "They" rejigged the Act, even so, I wouldn't be happy about doing that these days anyway. I don't want to depart this life in a Puff of Smoke & a pile of ash & vibrating vigorously all over although it would probably make the local paper. WOW!

Workcover would've been through them like a dose of salts.
We all deserve to come home from work hale and healthy.
I hate doing the inductions but it's nice not being expected to do the dodgy/dangerous stuff we used to have to do daily.
I've been responsible for some stupid things in my own business 25 years ago too.
Young and silly, 7' tall and bulletproof.
How about an extension ladder on a pallet on a fork at full extension to get to an AC system on top of a factory?
I was probably only 25 or 26 at the time. [bigwhistle][bighmmm]
A retired nurse friend told me that hey kept statistics of the problems that presented at ED's. On weekends the most prevalent were what they listed as "PFO". ****ed and fell over.
Most admissions in Victorian EDs for males over 50 involve lycra and pushbikes. Falling off ladders comes second.
