This is for real today , a School in a Perth Suburb has banned students from taking any sort of Birthday Cakes etc to school for reasons of Cultural diversity ( CULTURAL DIVERSITY &*&^%$#@ ) , any one taking cakes etc will have them confiscated and returned after school .

Now the good news after a **** load of backlash on social media from Parents and from the State Premiere and the Minister for Education the stupid idea from the School Principle has been overturned . .

IDIOT! No not you Fatsmate the principal, A tad of overkill I reckon, smart bastard thought he'd make himself one of the lads but he ****ed up, roight?
. You could just about lay bets on him being a little chubby Billy Bunter & noshing all the cakes in Matron's Pantry.

I'm very, very GRUMPY at QLD Child Safety!!
Don't know if I'm suppose to put this on a public site but have ben stewing for days & just have to vent.

Point 1, we have been Carers for about 14 years.
Point 2, we have had most of our kids a minimum of 14 years.
Point 3, no major harm, beside usual childhood stuff, has ever come to any of them.

For over 2 years we have been asking CS to get the older kids into boarding school as the school in Doomadgee only goes to year 10.
For over 2 years they have been telling us there doing it, all of 2019 we had 1 boy at home because they had not managed to do this.
BUT, they managed to get 1 of our boys into boarding school within weeks 3 years ago?
So, SWMBO & I decide that due to SC's in activity we would devide the family so the kids can do year 11 & 12 in Cloncurry.
When first approched on the subject SC agreed this was a great idea!
Now, after we have devided the family, spent a small furtune putting 3 kids into Cloncurry school, a large fortune getting a house in Cloncurry, a medium furtune setting up the house they tell us they are not happy the kids won't be near family!!
For **** sake!
The kids will be visiting Doomadgee every second week-end & there is a reason they are in Care.
Their families don't care about them!!!!!!!
They are NOW our family!

So, In the past couple of weeks I have had some major spats at CS, they have threatened to stop me/us being carers?
If they do I will take them to court, go broke but have my day.
Rant over.
Feel slightly better.

BTW CS is always complaining about a lack of Careres, we have 7 kids, what are they going to do with them? Maybe send them to boarding school?

So,, after living next door to Glenn and Terry for nearly 5 years Di gets bailed up by Glenn say Terryhad a near death experience driving out her driveway because she couldnt see around our caravan,, ( think quiet residential street) so Di agrees to move the van across the road,, then come in and tells me and I dont agree..... so we discuss this for a few days and then Glenn bails me up wondering why we hadnt moved the van,, I told him parking the van across the road has the van door open to anyone (with bad intentions) but hidden to us,, we cant fill the tanks and it will be a pain to pack it. as opposed to the one time in 5 years theres was a problem... so then he said why would anyone bother to break into it,, and said due to it being a safety issue he may talk to his lawyer..

worst thing he ever did was put **** on Dianes caravan....

Desk seargent at maroochy Police station laughed.

Have an appointment at a lawyers on Monday.

So WE are nice to these pair for 5 years and one bit of stupidity from the wife is enough to ruin our cordial neighbourship..

Bloody Hell, some people!

Does she want to reverse out of their driveway at 90km/hr or has she got really bad eyesight? I guess she wants to see right to the distant bend in the street to feel safe.

But but but, the van does appear, from that image, to be parked out a bit far from the kerb, maybe it is the council tree that is stopping you getting closer? Putting it closer may, just may, placate them, imho.

Very borderline IMHO, but ask your Council to trim the tree & open up the view. In SA it has to be within 30cm from the kerb, dunno about there.

There is a lesson there Jonesy. Govt crap? Get it in writing before making any life changing decisions. Forget their supposed "good intentions" & the siding with you, for they have very short memories especially when their balls are being squeezed from up above.

There will always be some underpaid self-important jobsworth twerp wearing far too many Biros in the top pocket who can & will change things. After all it is not their money & probably not their decision.

Have you considered applying to adopt the kids? Is that even possible?

Suggest you might also consider writing to your local MP and asking for support in a letter to the relevant minister.
