    Found yourself in a WET situation, just drop it in reverse and back it out.

    Especially when it's a 12x12 x 2

    ....an old friend of mine drove the Ghan until it was updated.

    He can tell you some similar stories , like waves from Kati Thanda breaking over the railway line and washing away the sleepers.

    I will see him again in a few weeks and see if he has any photos I can put up.

    I reckon the driver did pretty good,, just imagine how far away he was when he spotted it,, and how much stopping distance a kilometre of train uses.....

    Unfortunately I don’t know who to give the credit to.
    I get loads of rail photos sent to me all the time and while I know who has sent them, but they rarely state the source.
    In this case, I suspect it was the train crew is the source of these photos.
