People like this should be given Pfizer vaccine and likewise people with a history an anaphylactic shock should not be given the Pfizer vaccine.
Its things like this that cause doubts in the minds of the public as to the ability of authorities to manage the process.

You have to fill in a comprehensive questionnaire before you even get to the clinic. If he didn't declare his blood clotting ,or anaphylactic shock history, it's not the authorities fault, if indeed fault should be apportioned. Also up here your GP will print out your medical history so the nurse giving the jab can check if you have any chronic health complaints. Anyone with problems has been advised to talk to their GP. At least that's how it works here.
