For work I could be at many places in a day and over a week all over Victoria (normally) - last week I was at 4 different locations in Bendigo, 3 at Morwell and about a dozen all around the City - from North, to East and the CBD.

It’s one of the reasons I’m so careful both on what I touch, who I see and making sure I use the QR code to register absolutely everywhere I go.

If everyone did this, it would be far easier to track what’s going on here at the moment.

Have to travel back to Morwell tomorrow for work which I’ve been trying to work around so I didn’t have to go there but I can’t put it off or get the job done any other way.

In the context of Liam's comment that when you're assessing where a virus came from you should listen to the virologists rather than people who aren't actually experts in viruses, there was this article in the Age as well:

The author is Professor Clive Hamilton, so an expert - right? Well, kind of - he's a professor of public ethics .... his Wikipedia profile doesn't show any medical or biomedical training at all. On the other hand, last year he co-authored a book criticising the Chinese Communist Party.

People should also get familiar with the history of the Hendra virus in Oz before jumping to conclusions about origins.

The investigation and analysis was conclusive. People and horses died sadly, but the knowledge gained has (at the very least) mitigated further outbreaks.
