There's no reason to believe that he deliberately made a pun.
I never thought the 40 million Phizer dose would be it. We have such close ties with the US and I can imagine the pressure being brought to bear in diplomatic circles and by the US Govt towards Phizer. The sky is falling in cries in this thread always seemed misplaced and political.

Vaxes typically are only effective for about six months, so boosters are needed.

We tried that but the Vax we are allowed to make is not preferred now... so unless we make our own version (quite possible) or unless Phizer or another mob change their mind and allow us to manufacture a version here we have to rely on imports. Simple as that unfortunately. Cheers
