Yes, it is. I know several people who have severely impaired hearing and rely on lip reading for a lot of context and a mask makes communication extremely difficult. There is a US company that makes masks with a window for such occasions, but try getting hold of those let alone normal masks right now.Quote:

The nurse I was speaking to today said if the virus gets into town 50 to 60% of the population will die due to existing chronic conditions.
