Just keep thinking that you might not get infected but if you do get infected then that you dont have a genetic pre disposition to the stucture of this particular virus strain and then be in a place where the secondary infection doesnt respond to normal treatment and or has become resistant to that treatment. Unless you live on an isolated island and don't have any other human contact at all Everyone has a chance at getting this new virus because it isn't just going to disappear anytime soon.
Just like any of the other flue viruses that are now have become endemic we ALL have a chance of getting this new one regardless of age or fitness level, The problem at the moment is that there isn't a vaccine for the corona virus yet.

People have questioned how will those quarantined get food etc. The answer is easy. Their mates will look after them. Whatever happens, we face it together. [ That's a bit melodramatic, this may even turn out to be not the apocalypse some expect it to be] One thing's for sure, it's a great wake up call to get up and do that bucket list, before it's too late.

A friend of 'er indoors said yesterday that she is going for lunch at the not so local Chinese Restaurant today but "she will be ok she said, She is going to be wearing gloves." Eerr nooo. That is fine until she gets home & turns the metal door handle which she has never previously thought of sanitising. Who knows what she is bringing into the house from elsewhere? Was the Cutlery sanitised, & the dinner plate? The table cloth? Her friends? All laid by a Chinese staff member & on & on it goes.
Well, I don't know if her friends have been laid by a Chinese Waiter but you never can tell these days.[biggrin]
