These girls splashed their OWN Smug images all over social media So they did this to themselves, Plus what they did was so ****ing wrong, Selfish and incredibly Stupid.
They deserve all that they got AND need the courts to throw the book at them as well, Maybe that will deter anyone else that reads their facebook pages from doing the same thing.
Keeping this quiet and giving them a slap on the wrist will send precisely the Wrong message.

And Arthur - that was my point as well - and the same issue at the lack of clarity was also expressed by other Vic members such as Grey ghost and Homestar, so while you may have followed all the minute aspects of a complex announcement many didn't and this will relate to the Victorian population leading to even more confusion - Victorian authorities need need to use the KISS principle in communicating requirements not making it as complex as need be.

If Victorians on here have trouble understanding the constantly changing rules and when they come into effect (variable timing) then Victorians will as well. Just today the exercise rules have changed again when they were only introduced just a few days back.

ALL of my kids/grandkids are hard working, honest and respectful So I would Never have to resort to that level of violence against them because they know without a doubt that IF they did behave like those tossers in QLD they would seriously **** me and their parents off.

It certainly is very complicated. I really feel for everyone affected.
Talked with some elderly friends in Melton this arvo. They are stocked up and don't plan to go anywhere any time soon. They are annoyed at the people who flouted the restrictions and caused the community transmission which has resulted in the lockdown.

Do you know the races of the other offenders? The women who flew from Melbourne were clearly idiots but how was it only them that got publicly outed? Were you aware that there have been serious questions raised by overseas media about the racism of some of the Australian media?

The race of the offenders is irrelevant ALL of them should be named and shamed regardless.

yes and there has to be strict enforcement/compliance. We went through 6 weeks of lockdown in NZ, people lost jobs, people lost businesses. Authorities then let 2 UK arrivals travel the length of the North Island to a funeral, (which we hadn't been able to go to during lockdown) on compassionate grounds. Those 2 arrivals skipped quarantine and were not tested before they were let out(not their fault, the authorities at the times fault). Not good enough, when so many have made sacrifices.....there has to be compassion for the general population who have done the right thing and suffered the consequences....no compassion for the rule breakers or incompetents.
