Dr Karl is not a medical doctor but he is right that our western civilisation ancestors picked up a lot of diseases (and immunity) by cohabitating inside long houses, huts, barns, caves etc in winter with all the farm animals they brought in from the fields. The smallpox vaccine was based on immunity to milkpox, which a doctor noticed milk maids used to get on their hands from milking cows.Quote:
