Probably get temp tested before boarding?

Wave to me as you fly over my big shed.

As I've posted already, I doubt that's going to happen, and it's not as easily done as people seem to think.

Ironically, I was supposed to give a talk in Sydney on the effect of coronavirus on force majeure and export/import contracts but because of coronavirus my employer has banned all interstate travel so now someone else is going to give the talk, using my slides.

So, right back to the first post ...

    Your claim is complete rubbish:

    1. No-one in China has said any such thing
    2. Bioweapons are manufactured in secret labs, not well known ones which they invite people to
    3. COVID19 has none of the characteristics of a bioweapon - not with only 4% fatalities
    4. Coronaviruses apparently were assessed by some countries as bioweapons and it was decided that they were poor candidates.

Yeah, by crippling their own economy. Don't think so.

Subsequent to the cancellation of the Australian F1 Grand Prix, I note that the Bahrain GP, originally to be run spectator free next week end, has now also been cancelled, along with the previously cancelled events in China & Vietnam.
So, that means that the next scheduled F1 event will be the Dutch GP May 1-3,...can't see that event happening either unless there is a dramatic downturn etc in outbreaks etc.
The U.S. IndyCar Series has cancelled its first four races, the first race now due to be held in May,..this is the series in which Scotty Mcloughlin is to make his U.S. debut, racing for Roger Penske.
The next Aussie Supercar event is the Tasmanian Symmons Plains event to be run 3-5 April, which if the same rationale is used, as the GP & other major events, should also be cancelled.
I heard on the radio this morning that as from next week, all Telstra workers are to work from home, but I don't exactly know what the ramifications of that will be for Telstra users.

I wonder how people will spend their $750. Last time it was most of the population and lots bought new TVs.
This time it's pensioners etc so I doubt if so many will buy TVs.
They've already stocked up on toilet paper so that is done.
Maybe they will go out for their annual decent feed at a restaurant.
I will probably spend mine on diesel and lattes in Tasmazia, in the national interest of course, doing my patriotic duty. Corona Virus

Yes Disco, that is a VERY good point, "How will they spend it"? And recipients ARE supposed to SPEND it aren't they. I won't get it, but if I did, knowing how my "reserves" have been compromised, being the conservative person that I am, I'd probably wouldn't spend it, I'd put it in my bank A/C to supplement our "reserves". I wonder how many would do that.
Of course there will be many who will need it just to keep themselves going with their everyday living expenses, so all we can hope is that those guys use it sensibly.
    Pickles.
