Ironically, in the book Turnbull complains about what a leaker our current PM is and now one of the PM’s senior staffers has apparently leaked a pirated copy of Turnbull’s book before publication. Astoundingly stupid.

The UK figures don't include people who have died undiagnosed in about 2000 aged care homes, so their death toll is much larger than it appears, which is already bad.

One of the things the good Dr was fulminating 'agin. - how poorly treated by the NHS & minions are the inmates of said homes, some of whom are his patients.
He had great respect for the front-line Care workers, little for their bosses.
But let's face it, COV is a boon for some government bean-counters, - fewer pensioners and chronically unwell to pay pensions and medical costs...

So, will the Government now allow a Chinese company to purchase a company that went into administration because of a virus that spread from China? Well, the realpolitik is that if there’s no other credible buyers and it’s a choice between tens of thousands of people being unemployed versus not so then you’d expect that they’d get the nod.

What other type of company wouldn't refund, only credit when you can't use their service? And it's due to sonething totally outside my control such as being unable to cross the border to get to the airport.

We have credit with a travel company, for an overseas trip until December, 2021. Bye, bye $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Hmm, I wonder if I can use the credit for an Oz trip, which I'd much prefer anyway.
