			PLEASE don't come up here unless somehow the virus is completely gone by then. I realise you're waiting to see what happens, but if there is any doubt, please don't travel up here. This virus is incredibly contagious and our hospitals can barely manage regular life - a few cases of this would overwhelm them. The RFDS is usually stretched pretty thin as well, so it wouldn't take much to slow them down too. From what's happening overseas, I'm expecting the rest of the year to be taken up dealing with this thing. 
The dry season is really important to us up here because it's the only break we get from the heat. (Well, it's sort of a break.) I was all set to do a lot of travelling this dry season and I've pretty much written it off already! [bawl]
